Consultant in General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, and Advanced Minimally Invasive Surgery. He is Saudi Board Certified in General Surgery and holds Belgian Fellowships in Bariatric Surgery and Advanced Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Surgery from Université libre de Bruxelles in Brussels, in addition to Fellowships from the American and Belgian Colleges of Surgeons. He has extensive experience in bariatric surgery, including primary, complex, and revisional procedures, as well as the surgical management of complications following bariatric surgery. He is also experienced in advanced laparoscopic procedures involving the gallbladder, appendix, hernias, stomach, colon, and small intestine. His expertise further includes laparoscopic and open hernia and abdominal wall surgery, treatment of anal fissures, hemorrhoids, pilonidal sinus, and sebaceous cysts, as well as breast surgery and emergency surgery for trauma and critical conditions. He also provides surgical care for diabetic foot conditions and serves as Head of Bariatric Surgery at Asir Central Hospital.
